If something does not work out for you, here is your guide to return it. Please read the terms carefully before making a return.

Returns of regular priced merchandise must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund. All Sale Items are Final Sale items and are non-returnable. Any returns postmarked after 10 days and within 20 days of receiving your order are eligible for store credit only. Any returns postmarked after 20 days of delivery are not eligible for refund or store credit and we are unable to re-ship the items. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

All returned items must be received in their original condition. Unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. The hygienic linings of all bottoms must have not been torn or tampered with. Keywestswimwear.com reserves the right to refuse a refund for any reasons that are not in line with our return/exchange policies.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

To return your items, follow these steps:
1. Package the item. Reuse your shipping package if possible.
2. Email us with your intent to return, your order number and list of items you want to return at customersupport@keywestswimwear.com
3. We’ll email you back with a return label.
4. Print out this label and affix on return package.
5. Drop off at your nearest post office.

A return label fee of $6 will be deducted from your refund when the prepaid label is used.
If you choose not to use the prepaid label, the $6 fee will be waived. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please send your return package to Key West Swimwear via your preferred shipping carrier.

We recommend insuring the package and using a method that allows you to track your package to insure delivery to us. Keywestswimwear.com is not responsible for lost packages which are not shipped by us.

Exchanges are handled same way you would make a purchase. You simply make return of merchandise you do not want and you will be credited for returned items. You will then place new order for new sizes you want to order.
